- Clients are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing damage, unique conditions, or special requirements related to their vehicle that may affect the service.
- Clients must ensure their vehicle is accessible and parked in a safe location for our technicians if the service is to be performed at their premises.
5. Limitations of Liability
- While Apex Gleam Collective employs professional techniques and products, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections, particularly those that are deeply ingrained or long-standing.
- We will exercise reasonable care in providing our services; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, or issues arising from faulty vehicle components or materials.
- Apex Gleam Collective's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
